Refund Policy

Health-Related Refunds: If a licensed veterinarian identifies a condition that conflicts with our provided health records or diagnoses a hereditary disorder within the first 7 days, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days after verification.

Care-Based Returns (Within 90 Days):If unforeseen life circumstances prevent you from continuing care within the first 90 days, you may return the puppy for a full refund, pending health verification.

After 90 Days: Care-related refunds are not available beyond the 90-day period. However, we will always assist with guidance and support if needed.

Return Policy

Within 90 Days: For care-related returns, the adopting family is responsible for transportation expenses.

After 90 Days: If a return becomes necessary beyond 90 days due to personal circumstances, shipping arrangements and costs remain the adopter’s responsibility.

Health-Related Returns: If a veterinarian confirms illness or a covered genetic condition within 7 days, Crown Bulldogs will cover all return transportation costs.
